General Shipping Information
- UNITED STATES ORDERS: Orders of $100.00 or more are shipped free within the lower 48 United States. Orders under $100.00 will be charged the standard UPS/FedEx shipping rate based on weight and size.
- CANADIAN ORDERS: Pedal cars, pedal planes, and tricycles will be charged $65.00 per item shipped to all Canadian provinces. Wood ship kits will be charged $35.00 per item shipped to all Canadian provinces. Diecast vehicles and RC toys will be charged $25.00 per order shipped to all Canadian provinces. Small plush animals will be charged $30.00 per item shipped to all Canadian provinces, medium plush animals will be charged $50.00 per item, and oversize plush animals will be charged $90.00 per item. Carved aircraft models will be charged $30.00 per item to all Canadian provinces.
- CANADIAN CUSTOMS: International duties, taxes (GST, PST, VAT) brokearage, and handling fees are assessed at checkout on items from a specific supplier (SKU begins with "0"). These charges will not be collected again by the carrier upon delivery. In addition, any amount charged at checkout in excess of the actual Canadian duties/taxes (if any) will be promptly refunded.
- Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii: Please contact us for a shipping quote at Variety.Toy@q.com. All shipping includes free insurance.
- Orders are usually shipped 2 to 3 business days after they are received. No orders are shipped on weekends or holidays. Internet orders placed during the weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
- Most orders will be shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier, via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, usually arriving within 3 to 9 business days within the lower 48 U.S.
- After shipment, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you. If an order takes an unreasonable amount of time in arriving, please send us an e-mail at Variety.Toy@q.com.
- After placing an order, and in the event of an item being out of stock, you will be notified immediately of the approximate delivery time. If you prefer, you may elect to receive a merchandise credit towards another item, or a full refund.
- Express shipping is available at an extra cost; please e-mail us for a quote.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
- Shipping Damage: Although damage is rare, it is important to check your merchandise upon arrival. If your item was damaged in transit, report it immediately to the shipping company. (Shippers will not honor damage complaints a week after delivery) Then e-mail us at Variety.Toy@q.com with all details. We are not responsible for any damage to merchandise while it is in transit, all shipments will be insured and we will glady assist you with any issues that may arise from shipping.

Return/Refund Policy:
Not Satisfied?
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise (at your cost) in its original unused condition within 30 days of the product shipment date for a full refund (less shipping). We do not accept returns on used merchandise for refunds. PLEASE NOTE: Returned items must be intact and in their original box, with all manuals, packaging & shipping inserts included. We do not accept incomplete items for returns; you must include ALL original packaging. Refund will be processed after inspection of returned merchandise.
- Refunds on custom paint scheme aircraft products is limited to 50% of the total purchase price (see below).
Defective Merchandise?
- Merchandise found with manufacturer defects or damage may be returned within 30 days of the product shipment date. Defective items will be repaired or replaced then returned free of charge. Replacements will be of same models only.
What To Do:
- In the event that you need to return a product to us, please e-mail us first at Variety.Toy@q.com to request a refund or return authorization. We will then send you an e-mail with complete return instructions, and a Return Authorization Number.
- Be sure to include:
- 1. Detailed reason for return request, i.e. Refund or Repair
- 2. Your name
- 3. Complete mailing address
- 4. E-mail address
- 5. Phone number
- PLEASE NOTE: Returned items must be intact and in their original box, with all manuals, packaging & shipping inserts included. We do not accept incomplete items for returns; you must include ALL original packaging.
Custom Paint Schemes on Carved Aircraft.
Customized paint schemes are available on all carved aircraft, on request, at additional cost and increased delivery time. It can take up to three months for delivery of customized aircraft. Custom orders are only eligible for a 50% refund of the total purchase price once the order has been placed with our supplier.

Enterprizes and the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
