Can I customize my order?

Yes, custom paint schemes are available on carved aircraft only. Costs for custom orders are substantially higher, and may take up to three months for delivery. If you wish to place a custom order, please contact us directly. Click here to view our refund policy on custom orders.

What are my payment options for my order?

 We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.  (Please note that credit card transactions will appear on your statement as "W.E.B. Enterprizes.")      

You may also order by mail using "Postal" Money Orders, Certified Bank / Cashiers Checks and Personal / Company Checks. NO CODs accepted. Click here to download a printer friendly version of our Mail Order Form. Print a copy, complete the form, then send the completed form and payment in one envelope to:   W.E.B. Enterprizes, 10209 NE 86th Street, Vancouver, WA 98662

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped 2 to 3 business days after they are received. No orders are shipped on weekends or holidays. Internet orders placed during the weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Most orders will be shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier, via FedEx Ground, usually arriving within 3 to 9 business days within the Continental United States.

How can I track my order?

After shipment, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you. If an order takes an unreasonable amount of time in arriving, please send us an e-mail at Variety.Toy@q.com.

Can I cancel my order after submitting it?

Orders will be processed the same or next business day of receipt.  Orders cancelled after shipment will incur a 20% restocking fee.

What is your return/refund policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise in its original unused condition within 30 days of the product shipment date for a full refund (less shipping). We do not accept returns on used merchandise. PLEASE NOTE: Returned items must be intact and in their original box, with all manuals, packaging & shipping inserts included. We do not accept incomplete items for returns; you must include ALL original packaging.

What if my order is damaged during shipping?

Shipments damaged from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Please contact us if you need assistance working with the freight carrier.

What if my merchandise is defective?

Merchandise found with manufacturer defects or damage may be returned within 30 days of the product shipment date. Defective items will be repaired or replaced then returned free of charge. Replacements will be of same models only.

What To Do:  In the event that you need to return a product to us, please e-mail us first at  Variety.Toy@q.com to request a refund or return authorization. We will then send you an e-mail with complete return instructions, and a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to include:

1. Detailed reason for return request, i.e. Refund or Repair

2. Your name

3. Complete mailing address

4. E-mail address

5. Phone number 

PLEASE NOTE: Returned items must be intact and in their original box, with all manuals, packaging & shipping inserts included. We do not accept incomplete items for returns; you must include ALL original packaging.
